Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Budget Tyres. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Budget Tyres™ is an online tyre ordering service operating in Toowoomba, Queensland. We source tyres from our wholesale supplier and arrange fitting through our exclusive fitting partner, Toowoomba Total Mechanical™, located at 128 Mort Street, Toowoomba QLD 4350.
Budget Tyres™ acts as the seller of the tyres. Fitting services are provided by Toowoomba Total Mechanical™ as our fitting partner. By placing an order, you engage Budget Tyres™ for the supply of tyres and Toowoomba Total Mechanical™ for the fitting service.
When you place an order on www.budgettyres.com.au, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where the tyre size is unsuitable for the stated vehicle.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. The price you see is for the tyre itself. Fitting, balancing, a standard replacement tubeless valve, and disposal of your old tyres are included free of charge with every tyre purchased.
Bluetooth tyre pressure sensors and similar electronic monitoring systems are not included as a standard replacement tubeless valve. If your vehicle is fitted with Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS™) sensors, these can normally be removed and replaced at the time of fitting for an additional charge. Depending on the battery life of the sensors usually dictates when it makes sense to replace the TPMS™ sensors. Please contact us before your appointment if your vehicle requires TPMS™ servicing.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the wrong price has been displayed for a product you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the correct price before processing your order. If you do not agree to the corrected price, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. By submitting your payment, you:
Your fitting is confirmed once payment is complete. We will contact you to confirm your exact appointment time.
Tyre stock levels are subject to change. We display current stock levels at the time of your search, but availability may change between your order and our order with the supplier.
If a tyre becomes unavailable after you have paid:
We will never charge you for a product we cannot supply without your agreement.
Fitting is provided free of charge with every tyre purchased from Budget Tyres. The sale price is for the tyre itself — fitting, balancing, new tubeless valve, and disposal of your old tyres are included at no additional cost as a complimentary service with your purchase.
Fitting is carried out by Toowoomba Total Mechanical™ at 128 Mort Street, Toowoomba. Fitting is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You must attend your fitting appointment at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
If a tyre cannot be fitted to your rim (for example, your rim requires an inner tube, the rim is damaged, or the tyre is incompatible with your wheel), the sale price remains the same — you are purchasing the tyre, and fitting is a free service we attempt to provide. Where fitting is not possible on your rim, you may take the loose tyre with you, and no fitting or re-fitting fee applies. We will advise you before proceeding if we identify a fitting issue.
If you do not attend your fitting appointment and have not contacted us to reschedule, a re-fitting fee may apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure the tyre size you order is correct for your vehicle. Tyre size is printed on the sidewall of your existing tyres. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you identify the correct size.
Budget Tyres™ and Toowoomba Total Mechanical™ are not liable for incorrect tyre selection. We will not fit tyres that are unsafe or unsuitable for your vehicle — if we identify a problem at fitting, we will advise you before proceeding.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund and may cancel the contract.
Manufacturer warranties on individual tyre brands apply in addition to your consumer guarantees. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects should be directed to us and we will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer.
You may cancel your order before the tyres have been ordered from our supplier. To cancel, contact us on 0431 131 854 or reply to your order confirmation email.
If you cancel after we have placed the order with our supplier but before the tyres have been dispatched, a cancellation fee of $25 per tyre may apply to cover supplier processing charges.
Once tyres have been fitted to your vehicle, no cancellation or change-of-mind refund is available.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, unfitted tyres in original resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Fitted tyres cannot be returned for change-of-mind refunds. Faulty or defective tyres are covered separately under warranty and Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and vehicle details to process your order and arrange fitting. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your payment is processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your card number, CVC, or banking details. Stripe handles all payment data securely under PCI-DSS compliance.

To the extent permitted by law, Budget Tyres is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products and services supplied, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or vehicle damage, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the price you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that search results will always reflect real-time stock levels.
You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, or to place orders with stolen payment information.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The version displayed at the time you place your order applies to that order.
